Terms of Service
These terms apply whenever you browse or buy from navicardx (“we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Listings & pricing
We do our best to describe and photograph every card and product accurately, including condition and grading information. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and don't include applicable tax or shipping until checkout. We may correct listing errors — including pricing errors — before an order ships; if that happens, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything.
Singles inventory
Graded and raw singles are sold individually. Once a single is sold, it's removed from the site rather than restocked. Sealed product is tracked by stock count and may sell out between the time you add it to your cart and checkout.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Limitation of liability
We're a small operation, not a marketplace or investment platform. Cards are sold for their collectible and gameplay value, not as an investment, and we make no guarantee about future value. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable within it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
